Lou is a board member for the Mary Health Convalescent Hospital, Judge Advocate for American Legion Post 6 in Prescott, US VETS, the Prescott Lakes HOA Land Management Advisory and Athletic Committees, a Lector at Sacred Heart Parish Prescott AZ and St. Jude’s Parish Westlake Village CA, the Prescott Kiwanis Club, the Prescott Chamber of Commerce, the Yavapai Men’s Republican Forum, Knights of Columbus, Prescott Founding Fathers, the Central AZ Model RR Club and the Prescott Trap and Skeet Club . He has been a board member of the East Ventura County Employer Advisory Council (EAC) and served as its Program Director for many years. He was a member of the Employers Group Woodland Hills Regional Board of Directors as well as a board member of the Valley Industry and Commerce Association (VICA), where he served as Chairman of the Government Relations Committee. He was a Seminar Leader at the Industrial Relations Center at Caltech in Pasadena for six years.

During his long career, Lou has represented and advised Litton Industries [now Northrup Grumman], Lockheed Martin, Walmart, Rheem Heat&Air Conditioning, Footlocker, Petrochem Materials Innovations, Hurley Intl, and Westlake Lake Management Association.

He has been a board member of the East Ventura County Employer Advisory Council (EAC) and served as its Program Director for many years. He taught continuing legal education to other CA lawyers, was an arbitrator for the Ventura County Superior Court and he was a Seminar Leader at the Industrial Relations Center at Caltech in Pasadena for six years.

Lou received his Bachelor of Science degree from St. Peter’s University, his Juris Doctorate from St. Mary’s University of San Antonio and did graduate work in the Labor Law program at New York University School of Law. During his military service, he graduated from the U.S. Army Officers Infantry and Airborne Parachutist Schools. He also graduated from the U.S. Army Judge Advocate [JAG] School at the University of Virginia and was admitted to the U.S. Supreme Court.

Lou lives in Prescott Lakes AZ. He has 2 adult children, 3 grandchildren, 2 large dogs and 5 parakeets. Lou is a “health club rat” and when he is not in the gym, you can find him doing water aerobics in the pool and hiking the Prescott trails. Lou discovered river cruising and has enjoyed river boat vacations in Europe, China and at home on the Mississippi and Columbia Rivers.
